Our dance program is an audition-based team with auditions If schedules allow, dancers take an elective dance class during the day where they learn choreography and technique. During the Fall semester, marching band rehearsals are after school at 2:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 5:30 pm. Dancers are also expected two attend a two-weeklong summer band camp before the start of school.  In the Spring semester, the dance team learns large and small group dance pieces, which are performed and graded at MPA and their Spring recital. There is a fee for being on the team; however, do not let cost deter you because we want dance to be accessible to all team members!
