Only about 3-4% of all Girl Scouts earn their Gold Award which takes a minimum of 80 service hours.
Here, at FMHS Music, we have four girls in the Class of 2021 that have earned their Gold.
Music to Boost Memory
This project was based upon boosting memories in memory impaired people. The target was local elder care facilities. Music was performed live with volunteer aka friends that supported the project and a homemade music cd was given to the facility to replay in the future. Savannah's project was dedicated to her grandfather who is experiencing memory loss.
